Be nice to each other, if you have a disagreement and need help mediating please come to us. Don't battle it out in the forum or tag board. Also, please be open minded! This is a forum where anything can happen! Plus, since it's Hetalia, any sort of pairing can occur. If you don't like it, just don't read it. Let's all get along okay?
Continuing with that theme, please don't be critical of another persons style of writing. We all have our own style and our own faults as well. If someone asks for help, offer it. Otherwise keep it to yourself and be nice...
No chat speak in character, and try to write in third person if possible since most people write in it to begin with. There is no problems with short posts. Sometimes it calls for a brief answer from one member and a lengthy one by another. However, we would prefer if you keep it to no less than two paragraphs and if you recurringly give us short posts, we might call your adequacy into question.
If you want to create multiple characters then contact us, we need to keep a record of who is who. We may limit how many characters you can take, that way everyone has a chance to join as whoever they want. You need to have a minimum post count of 200 before you can have another character. That way we know you are going to hang around and are serious about your characters.
Remain active, you have a responsibility to the other people whose threads you enter. Now we understand if life gets in the way, it can be a crazy hectic thing. Just let people know if your going to be gone for long periods of time.

This is a directed towards older audiences, where swearing and graphic violence is acceptable. Just be sure to keep it tasteful.
Relationships are a given, but if your going to get into the really suggestive stuff... Put a mature warning on the thread title, or take it to pm. That way people know what to expect or can avoid it if they like.
Do not jump into a thread that is already flowing past the one page mark without speaking to the creator or being invited. And if you do get to join, make sure you read all the posts before hand.
When making a reservation, make SURE you post your application with the name you reserved with. This saves us a bit of time since we don't have to go around asking if it is the same person!
If you have read these through, please add the pass code to the bottom of your application!
